Parmesan Crisps 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. To make the crisps: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a nonstick baking sheet. Place a 2-inch ring mold in one corner of the baking sheet and fill it with 1 tablespoon of the grated Parmesan. (You don’t really need the ring mold – just do your own thing). Spread the cheese into an even layer. Repeat to make 8 rounds, leaving at least 1 inch between them. Bake the cheese for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the crisps are a rich golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven and let the crisps cool for about 20-30 seconds to firm them enough that you can remove them with a spatula. One by one, place the crisps on a cooling rack. Nice served with a Caesar Salad - or just as a snack.
