Jan’s Mango Salsa 2 ripe mangoes 1/2 medium red onion, minced 1 fresh jalapeno, minced 1 teaspoon ground cumin Juice of 2 limes 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use. Great served with grilled foods such as fish, chicken, pork. Especially good on fish tacos.
