They're very close, letting nothing come between then. Ciro smaller then Illidan, but what he lacks in size he makes up with his head strong attitude. Ciro and Illidan always talk about Kali and Nisha and how they don't respect them as tapans. It gets on his nerves and he's frequantly seen aruging with the two beautiful vaares, Kali most of the time. Ciro has one son, Cendre and he tries his hardest to tough him up and train the large vaale to be just like him... but it doesn't seem to work. Ciro's daughter lives with her mother Flames in a distant herd.
