Information: Oracle is a very smart vaale. He tolerated Cobalt's obnoxious attitude for a little while, but decided to leave, not able to deal with him any longer. He is a pretty quiet vaale most of the time, and easy to get along with. He found his daughter, Soliloquy after she was kicked out of the herd and the two slowly started putting a herd together of the smartest and bravest vaale in the lands. Oracle has a deep buried hate for Talon and Tivona who live in the Cerebral Sight Herd, that hate was probably what pushed Oracle to ally with the Winds of Lore Herd. Oracle loves his daughter and they're extremely close and love being back together.

Zatala was kicked out the Cerebral Sight Herd when Soliloquy was really young and she grew up always missing her friend. When the Cobalt had his first vaali and Talon moved into the herd Cobalt's daughter and Talon quickly found a disliking for this loveable vaare and kicked her out of the herd. Soliloquy was pretty beat up when she ran into Zatala again. The two imidately remember their friendship and formed a herd together with Zatala taking the role as a tapan. As a renegade Soliloquy had herd first vaali and her son Incognito decided to join up with his mother and his mother's friend in the herd. Soliloquy has a beautiful innocent aura about her. She can easily calm an argument with a few words. She almost seems to have a natural charm about her that can solve and fight within the herd, holding it together. She decided to part with her best friend, Zatala and move to her father's herd when she heard he had left. Zatala and Soliloquy remain great friends even now, though they are not in the same her.
