Jinilyth is popular for its entertainments and friendliness.
The right side of jinilyth is where all of the entertainment is located. There's a pit for those that want to have a friendly, or not so, fight with any weapon of your choice. There's a large store selling weapons, spells, and even pets and the tavern is always bustling with gambles and contests. If none of these things find an interest, you can always just wander the streets.
The left side is much more tamer by containing just the residential area, an inn for travelers, and a barn to keep your animal in while you rest the night or maybe find one to buy for yourself.
