2) Dont not make spelling errors as it is annoyin to try and make out words
3) Dont not write in numbers, this is also very annoying a shows that people will not take your serouis
4) Large picture files. Please dont make massive picture files as if possible place it into a zip
5)Use similies to show emmotions eg If your happy =) or sad =(
6) Use abbreviations like LOl = Lots of laughts or BRB = be right back
7) Always fill in the subject heading with some thing that the receiver will look at.
8)Dont replie to junk mail as it will only trigger that your email is working and they will just send alot of mail to it.
9) Dont flame, as you will only get flamed back.
10) USe full stops, commas and paragraphs as its easyer to read and understand.
11) Dont write 5 pages of chat when it can be cut down to 1, it is very annoying reading lots of pages.
12)Dont open emails that you dont know who there from, as they may contain trojans.
13)Dont underline everything in an email, its annoying to read.
