| A KITTY CHRISTMAS TO REMEMBER |
| Twas the month of December and all through the house the Kitty was a stirrin, but she wasn't chasing a mouse. She made it her mission to demolish the tree by jumping inside of it and chasing her tail, for glee! The star on the tree is no longer aglow, For Kitty has removed some bulbs, and put them in stow. The tinsel and garland are all in shreds, 'cause she's picked and chewed them 'til they're all over her head. The gifts are not wrapped and put under the tree, 'cause Kitty might tear them open for all the world to see. I plugged the lights up one day to watch them brightly glow, but a bulb was missing, so in search I did go. I finally found it...... stashed under the couch, I replaced it and then sat down and acted like a "grouch". I said to the Kitty "This tree's not just for you" But she continues to enjoy it....so I guess I'll make another one new. |
