MONDAY

Today was our first really big day.  First we went to see Royal Albert Hall.  It is undergoing a major renovation so we didn’t get to get up close on the front side.  But we did get to see the back side lobby from the outside.  And boy is it ever beautiful!

Then we went to the Natural History Museum.  We spent most of the morning there and still didn’t see everything.  It was a lot like the one in LA.  They had dinos and other stuffed animals.  It was pretty cool.  We also went to Trifalgar square.  Literally thousands of pigeons.  It was so much fun feeding them.  And luckily we didn’t get pooped on.  *L*

After that we went back to the hotel to take a nap.  The evening was for “Phantom”.  The theater was something else.  So beautiful.  And when the overture started…I actually cried.  The play was so good.  Really a dream come true!  After the play we waited outside the stage door to get autographs.  We only got two but they were for the main characters.
