O.M.O.C. will only produce the best qaulity in adult entertainment. To achieve this goal our audition process is as follows. Aspiring actors will send nude pictures to email address. Of the numerous photos eight men will be chosen, and contacted via email congratulating them as the chosen models will be invited to a set aparment. Aspiring actors will come in disrob, shower, and then prepared for a nude interview. Actors will then have a photo layout, masturbation scene and perform with another actor. After the audition actors will have to wait a maxium of three weeks before knowing if they hired.

It is important to know before the audition actors are asked to sighn an image release form. This contract permits O.M.O.C., to use your image to advertise and market, the company, the films, and merchandise. This permission exist before and after the audtion and will remain in tact if you are or are not chosen to be in the feature film.

Once you are chosen as an actor you have one of two contracts to sign.
Independant Contractors Contract: This form gives actor options to work for other adult entertainment companies, freelance modeling or work a job outside of the adult film field that may conflict with the hours required to work on a film. This is useful for the individual who has not chosen adult films as a career.
The pay between a contracted and independant contractor is different. Contracted actors will can receive money from merchandising and marketing but must sign a noncompetitive clause and are exclusive to the company they have a contract with. They also have a manager within the company.
The benefits of being an indepedant contractor is you are not managed by the company, you have no overhead, and once your participation if the film is over you are done.

Contractd Actors: Are actors aspiring toward careers in the adult films. These are actors who will work for O.M.O.C., but have the ability to be subcontracted to other entertainment companies. These individuals will receive a share in merchandising, will become part of the O.M.O.C. marketing engine. They will be signed to a one to two year contract or one to five movie contract. (not including audtion film or masturbation film)
