Working Process
The compressed gas comes from the gas container throw the high presure lines intering a big thermal insolated vessel with it's dimension of 1.0 m in Diameter and 4.0 m Hight which, contain liquid cooling medium with lower freezing point and evaporate inside the vessel. The evaporated gas fill a steel chamber driving it up throw the cooling medium.
In the middle of the vessel, there is a steel chamber construction which, will be work as a hole pistones runing up and down causing a vertical mechanical line movement, so the mechanical work, done during the evaporating process of the expanding gas, while the temperature of the surrounding cooling liquid medium increasing it's temperature.
The gas regulation valve will be open, to fill the steel chamber with the expanding gas, when reach it's lowest point, and will be instantly close in the moment when the steel chamber with expanding gas starting to move up.
At the top of the vessel, the steel chamber open it's upper side allowing the gas go aut, throw the low pressure gas line at the top of the vessel, which lead to the compressor, then start it's way falling down throw the medium to the lowest point inside the vessel, where, with closed uper side, will be recharge with the expanding gas again. This line movement of the steel chamber (up and down) give the opportunity to gain a work which used to operate an electrical generator. At the same time the expansion work of the evaporated gas will be used as thermal energy cooling the liquid medium which will be used in cooling homes stores and industries.
In case of making iced water or getting drink water from the saltwater there is a cooling line in the same cyrcle, which lead in tow seperated container, first one is for saltwater, here will the cold coil (pipe system) cause a cristalisation of the water which falling into the second container containing the hot coil (pipe system) of the comperessor out-line. Here, the ice and iced water will be used to cool the hot water cames from compressor, and will leave the container throw the cold water line to cool the air/gas compressor.
The system is constructed and able to match the needs of private homes as well as the need of the big buildings, farms or factories supplying them with freezing, cooling, ice and water as well as electricity for daily need. |
