You bow before him before speaking, "You are the guardian of the North Gate?"

He narrows his eyes, "Do not refer to me as that. I prefer to be called Tsuuku, and nothing else."

"May I ask why?"

"Realm walkers these days seem to be rather bossy. But I will answer your question...Guarding the North Gate is not an honorable duty."

"Why not?"

"The North Gate sends those willing into the legendary battefield of Kuunanrah. Most die after entering."

You blink thinking a Death wouldn't mind sending travellers to their deaths..."What is this Kuunanrah?"

"So this Kuunanrah is like Mayakashi?"

"No, he's nothing like Mayakashi...He is much more powerful."
