I found out I was pregnant a couple of days after my son�s first birthday. After two home pregnancy tests and two doctor�s tests it was confirmed that I was pregnant.
After an ultrasound at 7 weeks I found out, much to my surprise, that I was pregnant with twins!
I had the most awesome pregnancy ever! I didn't have any problems whatsoever. Even my OB doctor said that I was the happiest pregnant woman with twins. Little did she know what was soon to come.
At 33 weeks along I went into the hospital for a simple non-stress test. The nurse found baby B's heartbeat right away, but baby A's was a different story. She looked for an hour and a half, and nothing. It took an ultrasound to diagnose my worst fears. There was no heartbeat.
That night they gave me a steroid injection to give baby B's lungs a chance to mature. It takes 24 hours for it to work. That night my body decided to go into labor on its own.
Rylan was born silent that night at 11:09 at 3 pounds, 1 ounce. He will always be my angel baby. Ayden was born at 4 pounds, 10 ounces at 11:11. He will always be my miracle baby.
