Hello, I am Jess, a 24 year old soon to be Student Midwife from the UK. Sitting next to me is my  partner Bart.

         One of the things I love most in the world (apart from the PC) is the subject of babies and birth. It was my passion for this subject that kick started me into making this website.

   I feel that the processes of  pregnancy, then childbirth, are possibly the most important things to happen in peoples lives, especially for a woman.I believe that a birth stories website is the perfect way for mothers and pregnant women to revel in their own experiences and learn from other peoples.
Above is a picture of me and my first born child, Christina. I was 21 at the time this picture was taken. Having Christina truly made me appreciate and respect life as I never had before.
