| I began writing this song while I was sick one day. It is somewhat contemporary and though it is rock, is a bit more progressive or new age than your averge headbanger. It's the best I could do with about 30 record takes in Acid (which eventually destroyed the computer), Korg N5, 1 amp and guitar, and a sum total of one person writing and recording this song. It currently has no words, but I am working on arranging it for the band I am in (or as some would say, "my band"). Pretty easy listening- all though it is a bit depressing. Trust me, it's worth all six minutes. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Sad Times Passing | This is a nice, slow rock song that was written mainly by my friend, Andrew.. who has more free time to actually make the midi which I used in this song. I asked if he had any midis that I could resample- I got this. This is straight midi resample (making midi into realistic mp3... actually not al of it is resampling, some is live.). The update will be a complete rock song with lyrics. Oh, and if you're just about to give up on my music... I suggest you listen to this song first, you may find that I'm improving quite a bit. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Erk and Sain | -The characters of a video game that I cannot beat. This is because I do not own the video game, Fire Emblem, or the consul to play it. I wanted very badly to remix a song. However I have no time to remix a song. So I do the producing/singing/recording part- and I let Andrew do the midi. He is really getting good... while I am really getting annoyed with band. For the most part it is done, sans edting and singing, and guitar solos... and an ending? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| I think this is my last acid made song (meaning, I've moved beyond using an amp and a mic to record my music). The sound levels are aweful, the singing is spontaneous (meaning I made it up while it was recording...) and I had a pretty bad cold when I made this. Meaning my voice (which is pre- "I learned how to sing") is even worse. Aside from that it is a pretty nice song that I will definately redo at a later date. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Ahh, Wizdeah. The completely random name itself makes me feel wistful. Wistful... Ummm. This is a 90's rock song that I put together in one rainy Saturday. It wasn't a "oh no, it's scary or depressing," rains- more like one of those "Yisah! I'm pumped, lessgo write a rock song" rain.s. This was an attempt to make a realistic rock song without touching a real instrument, aside from my midi keyboard. However, to justify my sinful ways, I learned the drum, bass and guitar part anyways. The actual rock part is only about a minute 0.5 long... and it is followed by a relatively "boring" piano solo. I actually have added some cool organ, backwards guitar and such, but I have yet to render (MP3itize) it. I also redid the backing guitars, which sound like my sister singing *SHUDDER.* With that said. Enjoy. NOW. |

| My best song to date... that means you should all be rushing to click the link and listen to it. Don't worry, thanks to www.vulcanservers.com I have unlimited bandwith on all songs that I post. Starting with "Wizdeah." Concerning the actual song. I threw this together for history, and mainly for my own enjoyment. That IS me singing. In fact, this song is 98% me playing live instruments. The reverb isn't real (it never is theses days...) and in the heavy rock part I pull in a low-fi drum sample to keep a beat. Yeah, I didn't bother playing 16th notes on a snare drum... shut it. Anyhow, "Those Viking Raids" is a middle age/irish/folk/heavy rock thing. It features singing, recorder, acustic and electric guitar. *Puts modesty in a box* THAT IS A REAL RECORDER. I AM AN AWESOME RECORDER PLAYER. *Laughs maniacly as I put my modesty back on.* Ok, I was going to do an entire album with songs that deal with school. But I haven't, and probably won't because school involves working and not having free time to make websites... |

| Sound Familiar? It is really old. Pre sampletank2! Pre writing checks and daily quizes. No, I'm lying- nothing is that old. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| They Never Told Me as a Child | Hmm, this song is older than "Kreepy Freeky Zombifized." Another korg N5 & guitar work. No singing in this one. Saving that for teh band... That only exists in my mind... and in our hearts (awwww)... wait, isn't it really bloody inside our hearts!? (ewwwww). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Brink of a Dream | Soprano Sax and Harp. This is a live recording of a composition I entered in a contest. I will say in advance, that my soprano sax playing was really shakey the night I sight read this piece for recording. It's not that bad. You may or may not like it. There is only one way to find out. Which is to accidently bump into me in the hallways at school. Then I'll drop my stuff and get all angry. Then I'll say, "GO TO MY WEBSITE AND LISTEN TO BRINK OF A DREAM," and you'll be like "I don't wanna," even though you really do. If you are a girl I will become self-conscious, shuffle my feet and run away... That wasn't completely random... My mom's women's group is meeting. I'm coming down with acute cabin fever. The "stuck in computer room" strain. |
