The Wedding Rehearsal Schedule

 

 

The church will be open at 6:00pm.  We would like to have everyone at the church as soon as possible so we have time to tour the church and then start the rehearsal promptly at 7:00pm.  We are planning to eat dinner at around 8:15pm so we need to stay “on schedule”.

 

Once the rehearsal is over, we will caravan (about 8 miles) from the church to the Stone Hedge Inn.

 

Dinner will start at about 8:15 pm.  We will be seated at three tables in the dining area and will have a fourth table for the groom’s cake.

There will be three entrée choices for the adults:

 

            Filet Mignon.. Black Angus beef wrapped in bacon, broiled to order and served with mushroom caps.

 

            Chicken Piccata..  Boneless breast  of chicken sautéed with mushroom and finished with demi-glaze and white wine.

 

            Fish dinner..  Due to seasonal availability, we will be informed of the fish entrée the Tuesday before the dinner.

 

A dinner salad with choice of dressing will be offered with each dinner.  Entrees include a choice of potato or rice and the vegetable of the day.  Beverage choices are iced tea, coffee, sodas and water.

 

A child’s dinner of chicken tenders will be also be offered.

 

The groom’s cake (chocolate, of course) will be served for dessert and a non-alcoholic beverage will be provided for toasting.

 

After dinner, I will return to my house with Grandpa and as many nieces as I can talk into spending the night with me.  Our out of town guests will be spending the night at the Stone Hedge Inn.

   Craig and Abby – The Camellia Room

 

   Mark and Karen – The Stone Cottage

 

   Rodger and Carol – The Pine Room

 

   Jeff and Missie – The Garden Room

On Saturday morning, the guests at Stone Hedge will be joined by Grandpa, the girls and Gary for breakfast at 8:30am in the Stone Hedge Inn dining room.  Check out time at Stone Hedge is 11:00am.
