Take Him Away (revised) Take Him Away (revised)

Well I used this for a school assignment so obviously I had to rewrite. He's the re-written finshed version. Sam's POV

Michiru Mcenly was a sixteen-year-old spoiled brat. She had dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and the face of an angel to guys, the face of a devil to girls. She was head of the cheerleading squad at Melbourne High, and boy was she a pain in theOkay let me stop before I get carried away. Why am I talking about one of my closest friends like that? Maybe because all of those things that I mentioned are true! She is soyou just have to know her to understand how shes such an impossible friend. Anyway Mitchy, as we call her, is not all bad. Shes nice, friendly sometimes, and smart. Did I mention she tends to come up with insane plans that totally get my friends and I in deep trouble? Let me tell you about that time where she made me go through hell for no reason at all other than the fact that shes a stubborn lunatic.

Eric Knox was patiently waiting for his order by the counter of Raymans Pizzeria. The cashier handed him some change and two plates of pizza. He put his change in his pocket and brought the food over to the table where Michiru was sitting. She starred at her pizza sadly. Whats wrong? Eric asked concerned.

Nothing. Mitchy replied simply. She replaced the frown on her face with a fake smile. Thanks. Eric shrugged his shoulders and gulped down his slice. Now you see, Eric is Mitchys boyfriend. Hes nice and decent looking. Little did the poor guy know. He was just another victim of Michirus evil reign.

Later on I get a call from the so-called queen of the world. Right as I say hellos she exclaims, I cant take it anymore!

What wrong now? I asked her. Theres always something a matter. I admit being concerned and interested in my friends dramatic life. I am concerned because shes crazy, interested because she comes up with the wildest stories. They really tend to keep you listening.

Its Knox. She said drastically. I cant be with him anymore.

You didnt say that before. I teased. You were getting along so well.

I know, but She sighed. Im bored. I couldnt help but laugh at my predictable friend. She was really something. Didnt she just hook up with Eric a couple of days ago and she was already tired of him? Oh well, I cant blame her.

Break up with him then. I said dully knowing that she was going to make a big deal out of this, and that nothing I would say could satisfy her.

I want to, but then Ill feel bad. Mitchy grumbled. Help me come up with a plan.

Youd feel guilty no matter what. I told her. It was the truth right? That loyal loser is totally in love with you.

Youre a genius! She exclaimed.

What? Whatd I say? I asked not really wanting to receive an answer. How come I had the feeling I was going to regret opening my mouth?

Ive got the perfect plan. Mitchy said excitedly. You have to promise to help me. I knew this was going to be bad. I didnt have to hear what her stupid plan was before I knew that I was involved in it.

Im the plan right? I predicted.

Howd you know? She wondered.

Im always the plan. I groaned. Then I thought to myself. Im always doing her favors, big favors. She never returns the favor. I decided to test her. What do I get out of this?

Uh She hesitated before saying, Money?

Money? I repeated with interest.

Yeah, money. She confirmed. That seemed like an interesting deal. I really wanted to get a new cd player so I asked for an exact price.

Youre really going to make me pay you? Mitchy was shocked.

My assistance is valued by tons of people. I informed her. Youre not exactly on my special people list.

Hows twenty bucks? I could tell she was crossing her fingers. Is that good enough? Another thing you should know about my friend. When it comes to giving, shes cheap. When it comes to herself, shell buy a mansion.

What exactly is the plan? I asked. I didnt think what she was offering was a good enough trade, but I had to know what exactly Id be doing in return.

Youre going to be Knoxs rebound. She replied.

What? No way! I gasped. How could she even ask me to do that? She knows my shaky history with Eric. Theres no way, especially not for a twenty.

You should be honored that Im handing you one of my ex-boyfriends. She said.

Hes your potential ex. Mitch. I corrected her. Also hes my ex too! Are you surprised? I would be. Its not that I am ashamed that I dated the loser, but I guess I sort of am. Okay, he was a complete gentleman and we had a lot of things in common. Then he became a big jerk for some reason. I wonder why Mitchy is dating him. I could have warned her, I think I did, but she didnt listen.

Thats good motivation for you. She encouraged. You can pretend that you want him back.

Like, thats a big N-O Mitchy. I stated firmly.

Fine. My supposed to be friend murmured threateningly. Ill give you fifty and Ill buy you lunch for the next two weeks. She was really desperate. Should I give in? Was the prize good enough? Were the consequences too devastating? I guessed Id soon find out. I sighed, told the pestering girl that Id cut her some slack, and accepted her offer. She was relieved, but then she started nagging me about how Im making her, my friend, pay up for doing her a favor. It wasnt a little favor. It was a big favor! Shes the bad friend. What kind of person makes their comrade get back together with their ex when clearly, they dont want to. I hung up my phone disgustingly. Tomorrow was a day for me to dread.

The next morning, I waited impatiently at the water fountain in front of the high school where Mitchy and I agreed to meet. What was taking her so long? I have class and I looked really stupid standing in the middle of the front campus all by myself. I began to think to myself. Michirus offer was not a promise and neither was my returned offer of assistance. I think we both knew this, but respected each other enough to trust one another. Did I really pity her? No, not even. I pitied Eric instead. He was practically her boy toy and willing slave. They didnt have a real relationship. Finally, the wicked witch arrived. Where the heck have you been? I questioned with frustration.

I was trying to get rid of Knox. Was her answer. Then she looked at me and made a face. Since when are you early for a meeting anyway? I glared at her. She shrugged her shoulders. Okay, heres the plan. Justtake him away.

How do expect me to do that? I crossed my arms in front of me. This was her brilliant escape plan? She wanted me to do all the work didnt she? I didnt even get a bit of decency.

I thought you liked being creative? She challenged. I gritted my teeth angrily.

Dont push me. I warned her. Just tell me straight up what you want me to do. Her response sounded like nails scratching the blackboard to me. I winced as I heard each word come out of her mouth. I should have considered being creative. You know what she wanted? Ill tell you. She wanted me to kiss Eric in front of her so she could make a scene out of it and dump him. How lame was that? The idea sickened me. Why? Why did I say yes? I took note that I needed to make some new friends.

Later that afternoon, I was determined to complete my mission. After stopping a couple times on way towards him, I finally made it there. I was scared. This was stupid, but I asked him anyway. I asked him if he could meet me later at the library. After thinking it over for a while, he agreed. Then he waited for me there, and Mitchy waited too, but I could not do it. I fled from the school and ran outside. I didnt think things could get worse, but they did. Eric actually chased after me and tackled me to the ground, demanding to know why I stood him up. Cant breath..I choked. Youre blockingneed air! The boys lucky I didnt press charged. Hes insane like Mitchy, but psycho killer insane. I think its half my fault. After we split, I kind of messed with him a little. Maybe some torture was done, but nothing he didnt deserve. I was able to push Eric off of me and catch my breath.

Do you think it was funny making me wait there for nothing? He growled. A crowd began to form around us. His girlfriend kept unseen by him as she watched with the others.

All through the week I had to deal with Eric following me around all day. Hed constantly try to pull me into a corner to make out. No matter how many times I tell him no he keeps trying. Finally I got so pissed I told him to shove off and that I dont really like him like that. I said that when I told him I still liked him that other day, I was being retarded for a day, but he didnt buy it. Every time I see my friends, they laugh at me. I was living in hell. Now comes the ironic part of my tale.

Mitchy calls me up one night. Its a miracle! My idiotic friend couldnt hold it in anymore. She admitted that she too was miserable. She wanted Eric back. Before responding to her confession, I thought to myself. She made me put up with this. Its time for revenge, oh sweet revenge. You know, I actually like having Eric as my slave. I teased. He comes in very handy especially when it comes to buying me lunch, and walking me to class, and doing my homework.. Eric didnt really do those things, but I could tell Mitchy was annoyed.

Are you serious? she exclaimed. You know, I was wrong. I really did like Knox. I didnt want to break up with him after all. I was being stupid.

Oh well, you snooze you lose. Throughout our whole one-hour conversation we went back and forth arguing about whether things turned out fair or not. It was my turn to have fun. I agreed to hand Eric over to Mitchy after a few negotiations. First I was going to put her through torture, hell even, just like she had done to me. What can I say, Ive always been bad. For the next couple of weeks, Mitchy was to be my devoted and willing slave. Heck, I even let Eric have a shot at it at times. It was hysterical. Eventually she did her time for the crime, and I release her from my evil wrath. I suppose we all ended up somewhat happily ever after. Mitchy got Eric back and Eric and I are working on building a newfound friendship. This whole event was a waste of everyones time, but now its just something we could look back at and laugh. Now that I think about it, it was actually kind of fun. This is the end of my crazy tale, but it isnt the end of Mitchys plan for world dominance. Watch out, and be careful!
