| This is the most recent painting, which was created in college. Studies of these particular trees where made in the Rose Gardens in Southsea Portsmouth. The theme for my final piece in A2 in college was transformations of which I had pursued a very simple idea of portraying the transformation of reality i.e. a tree into a painting, which appears as a tree but is actually an illusion. This idea was developed after studying the workes of Rene Magritte | ||||||
