| For a year or so I was in close contact with O. G. McClain, a descendant of Mahala Graham Ross. About 1985 I asked him to come give a talk at the Thomas J. Rusk Chapter of SRT dinner in Dallas. Sometime later, we lost contact. I think Mr. McClain might have placed copies of his work in some of the Texas libraries - the most likely one being the Houston library and in Texas State Library at Austin. Maybe our Austin and Houston cousins will check this out. Although he gave me some of his papers, I have not found the pages most pertinent to this website. I may have misfiled the material. In the meantime, this temporary page will serve as a reminder. Judson Oct 19, 2002 |
