Advice From Up Above

Courtney Tie

Yes, once again it's time to break out the Kleenex. It's time to say goodbye to the IB senior class of 2003. They are all getting ready to start the next stage of their life as college students; but don't think that they have forgotten what the IB program has taught them: they have lived and learned, and are now ready to pass the baton to all of the underclassmen. Here are some words of advice:

"Never let an exam or an assignment take away your Friday and Saturday nights, because it's the only way you'll stay sane."
-Rebecca Edwards

"Do your extended essay over the summer."
-Robyn Pariser

"Share your feelings with your peers, it helps to have a support system."
-Devin Bustin

"Remember that grades are not the only thing in the world that matter."
-Alexandra Exposito

"Do not procrastinate."
-Lara Bueso

Although all of the above are great pieces of advice, the most important thing to remember is that the IB program can be completed. Never get discouraged and know that you will make it as long as you believe you can. Good luck class of 2003! We will miss you all!
