1. FIESTA

Fiesta is a time for a community gathering.; Bila Baranggay Fiesta is held on the 26th-28th of December.  Community parade, ground demonstrations, cultural presentation, community lunch, among others are held on the first day (December 27); Sports, basketball and volleyball are the most popular, and parlor games for everyone is held during the 2nd day (December 28) with the literary and musical contest during the night time.  Search for Miss Bila will be inserted on the eve of the 3rd day. Continuation of games and sports is on the 3rd day and announcing of winners and giving of rewards in the evening. Note:funds for the baranggay fiesta are mainly from your donations and contributions from the resisdents of the baranggay.; For contributions and voluntary participations please notify the baranggay captain:

2. BEGNAS


; A ceremony to thank God, Kabunian in kankanaey, for a bountiful harvest done by the community just before the harvest.  The traditional practice will be headed by the oldest man in the barangay along with other representative from every purok.
The team will send the "PIGI" to a certain place which they called the ;PAGBABAWIAN where they will conduct the ritual accompanied with butchering of pig or chicken. After the PIGI, comes the LABEG. In this process team members will have to hunt for any animals in the area where the PIGI is done. They then will cook their hunts for their food.
Finally the team will bring home the BEGNAS. They will do the KASAY, a music they're singing while on their way home.
Each representative will go to their ato's where they can join their purok members for a celebration.  All the members of the purok will have their luch together on the ato with singing, dancing and games follows then.
Begnas is usually done on the month of June depending on the agreement of the pangamaens of the baranggay.


2. PAKDE
is a celebration after the harvest of the main crop, the TUPENG.

3. LUMDANG
is a service or ritual done after the harvest time. During which, each household contributes at least one cup of any harvested legumes or vegetables which are cooked in the ATO.  At lunch time people will bring their rice and feast on the food.

4. TENGAW
is a holiday or rest day for farmers to honor the spirits of some specials deads. During these special day no one can go to the field else they have to pay a multa(penalty) in terms if money or free services to the baranggay.
