During the week of December 12^th 2004 thru December 18^th 2004 the Company will be rolling out the new version of the Voluntary Transfer Request (Sweetheart Letter). They are in hopes to start filling some requests by mid to late Jan. 2005. The letters will be explained at various safety meetings and if you have any questions, Please Call the Hall (551-1004) or talk with any of the board members. If you would like to be considered in the first round of transfers you must have your letter on file by Jan. 10^th 2005. The conditions of the letter are very strict, so get them in early. You may put one in at anytime, but it has to be before the job is open. If you put a letter in, you do have to take the position. If you put a letter in and you no longer wish to Transfer, there is a Revocation Form that must be filled out to get your letter off file. So if you want to go, get the letters in.
