While in France, we ventured with Christiane out to the French countryside to tour the home of famous French impressionist painter Claude Monet.   His flower gardens were beautiful and inspiring, and we stopped to get pictures on the famous bridge in his garden.  We finally took a day off of touring to visit with  Bonne Maman (Sam's great grandmother).  It was wonderful to have four generations of ladies in the same room.  Sam took to Bonne Maman with no problem - she loved playing with her fancy rings!  We also made a quick stop at the beautiful Sacre Coeur church up the hill from Bonne Maman's house in Paris.
