  This is a stock 1992 Geo Metro Intake Manifold.  Left is top view, right is bottom .  All EGR passages were removed; as was the cold start portion (farthest away from head); the bottom water heating pot; & the outside ears of intake gasket surface.
  Left is top front view.  This is finial cut & welded manifold with a weight of about 1 1/2 lbs.
  
Right is top rear view.  1/4" plate was welded on outermost face.  Portion of EGR passage (thumb) was left for future attatch point.
  Left: Bottom view.  Boss was welded & drilled for Sprint's cold start injector (isn't needed with Tracy Crook's EFI) that will be used for future water injection.
 
Right: Inlet elbow (.020" brass sink tube) has flange at intake end. O-rings go on top & bottom of flange for seal & vibration isolation.   1/4" Backing Plate has groove recessed for o-ring
  Left: Backing Plate & O-rings installed on Inlet. 

  
Right: Backing plate is bolted to manifold.  Inlet is floating on rubber  O-rings.
  Left: Pieces of Throttle Body & Intake Manifold, inlet backing plate is missng.  Note manifold's side is yet to be welded.

  Left: Top front view of intake assembly.  Hose will connect manifold inlet with throttle body outlet.  Inlet of Throttle body will be connected to outlet of Intercooler.
