| Section #1 The Training Modules Training Modules (IAQ Basics, Testing & Equipment, Commercial & Residential Strucutres, Marketing) IAQ( Indoor Air Quality) Basics To Indoor Environmental Investigations As I child I really did not like going to school. It wasn't until I got to college that I discovered that I could use my brain. I found IAQ is exciting because your helping to improve the lives individuals through your knowledge and common sense. The information in this module is practical and right to the point. The one thing I did not enjoy about college was that much of the information we were taught was useless in the real world. You can expect to get enough information in this section to sound like a pro. Notice I used the word SOUND? Always remember, particularly in this business, that first impressions are important. Testing & Equipment In this module we will cover the types of testing equipment and there functions. I will also cover what types of tests to use in specific situations. Don't worry I will keep it simple! Remember, I don't expect you to be a rocket scientists overnight. We will also discuss what things you absolutely need to get started, which is minimal at first. Commercial & Residential Structures In this module we will go into great detail examing situations which can contribute to a variety of indoor environmental conditions. Even with all my fancy equipment nothing is better than being a good observer using all your senses. We will explore the most common problems as as how to investigate problems where there is no obvious smoking gun. You will refer back to this section many times in your career until you get old like me (45) and it becomes second nature. Marketing Your Business This is a very important section. You will learn all my secrets, marketing that is. I have seen so much money spent on useless marketing. I am very frugal when it comes to spending money on advertising to solve marketing problems, advertising does not work or at least your return on invest is marginal at nest. Don't forget I will build you a free website with your own email. This section is my favorite because I have really come from the ground up and made this business successful without regret. Also, part of the deal is you get to call me so I can coach you and convince your client you are the best because I am your mentor. Section #2 You're Future Cleints Home Owners Business Owners Insurance Companies Real Estate Companies FDIC Banks Property Management Companies Guess What?
