surprised me when it ended up coming into the chapter. And... if you

i'm so sorry about your leg. that's awful. but the chapter was wonderful ^^ i
was so happy to see goku and sanzo finally meet up. and you write fight scenes
so well. i liked the descriptions and how you switched to goku's pov so we
really got to know how powerful sanzo and the other keikan were. and the neck
cleaning was verah nice. i'm looking forward to reading more, but take your time
and get better first ^^
Fight scenes are very hard for me to write, and for the longest time it was
*the* most difficult thing for me to write, so I appreciate your comments on it.
I've taken my time, and now I'm all better, so hopefully I'll be able to write
more soon. ^^

Love the story. The wait is always worth it for one of your stories. Love the
way you keep the suspense and the integrity of your AU while keeping the guys
"recognizable" as themselves (as much as you can with "imaginary" characters
:)). Please take your time with the next installment; it's worth the wait!
I'm glad you think that my stories are worth the wait. *blushes* I
would have had a lot more to the story out by now had my schedule over the
summer not been as busy, but now that I look back, I'm glad I waited because of
some of my new plot twists I thought of. And while I'm glad that many are
willing to remain patient with my story, I would really love to pick up my pace
and get a lot more done with it. ^^;

Wait - I'm confused. How is it that Goku does not turn in to a vampire when he
kills, if normally people do? Is it because he's purified afterwards, or because
he's a Prodigy child?
I'm looking forward to a meeting b/w Gojyo, Kou, Goku, and Sanzo! Would Kou be
tempted by all that blood? I'd like more of his trying to get used to himself...
And then Sanzo being territorial over Goku would be yummy.
What will happen about all those dead Weakling bodies? And what about the people
that were hypnotized? Will they head back to the pool place after a while and
find all the bodies? Or just stay where they are?
And where will Sanzo take Goku? To his place? That'd be nice... *grin*
I'm curious to know what parts about vampires you've taken straight from legend
and what you've slightly changed. From the legends I heard, they could be killed
through the heart with a specific type of wood. Silver/metal was always for a
werewolf, ne? And when they drop their fangs, (in your story) is their face
transformed? I don't remember. In many legends they wear a glamour that
disappears when they show their true face. I've heard of vampires hypnotizing
too. Eugh... can't think anymore.
Hopefully you'll manage to continue this soon - you keep the plot interesting
and exciting.

Goku doesn't transform into a vampire because he is a Hunter. I have yet
to explain WHY Hunters are exempt from this rule, but trust me, there IS a
legitimite reason for it. All of your questions will eventually be
answered, many of them in the new chapter. ^^ But about the silver... I
plan on having an explanation about that sometime in the new future.
by the way, i read your disclaimer in chapter 3 and it really cracked me up.
if you owned sanzo, he'd always be in his pjs. now if *I* owned sanzo, he'd be
in his birth suit. or maybe his leather undergarment top thing with his robes
undone *Drools*

way, and I've actually been told that it is very different than what some people

First off, I squealed when I read the line, "In the city of Oniori, no one could
explain why, but if a human knowingly took the life of another person, whether
human or vampire, they would be transformed into a vampire themselves." Oh, God,
does that have a bijillion possibilities! I hope that wasn't just thrown in for
description of Goku because that could really be taken somewhere, whether in
this fiction or somewhere else. Woo.
Second, I am such a freak for loving the battle standoff between Sanzo and the
other dude. And the aftermath, of course. The descriptions are fan-n-n-tastic.
Preddy. And, of course, the orchestral background hits a crescendo! Bum Bum
BUM...
I must force myself to be patient for the next chapter ^.^ Majorly shibby.
Trust me, that one line WASN'T just thrown in. It is a bit of

Well, the prologue is a bit (edit::very) confusing, although I meant it to be
that way. I was hoping to draw the reader in, and everything would be
explained in time. I am attempting to write a story like one of my
favorite authors, who just THROWS you into the story without any prior
