| You hear it all the time 'What are you wearing??' 'Why do you listen to that crap??' What crap? I listen to honest crime Blood spilling, jaws snapping Guts beeding, bones cracking Screams and hollering of outlandish horror This beauty is beyond our power The electric lights of a silvery guitar The heavy bass drum banging The melodical darkness surrounding our fears Reducing our worries to townies and tears I wear what I want I do what I want Because I am free Don't you see? You don't control me I am not a follower of the crowd Hear this message Spoken out loud I am who I am and this you will never change And to you it probably seems very strange That I listen to the darkest music that money can buy But I smile instead of starting to cry Pleasure and happiness is found in everyone and everything A selective few on this earth know that You be one of those people who know this is true and believe what they see That is why you are the friends of me I chose you all because of who you are and what you believe Your personlities are the final product of a perfect match So, remember this when you are down because the world sits on your shoulders Be proud to be different Not down Not down Ever Your mind is free So let it be |
