| That fatal kiss of death The black wings beating down on us Brutal beginnings leading to the fatal stabbing Selection of successful seekers striking down the wounded Death is so promising, so full of everlasting torture The exciting task of eternal life What humans have forever searched for All for a minor dive Our never ending process of the human recycling goes round and round Hell chooses the best of us and turns us to the worst Why believe in something you can't see? Follow the life you want to lead but always try to believe Don't be who you are not Ending up as the typical scavenger Be who you are Out to impress nobody This life is your own As is your death All dead are dead alike But the living hate you I see why death is sometimes preferred To the life we live absurd But being someone you are not Is like dying anyway So life is the more desired Death is the more often and likely You cannot choose, you cannot lose The end is always bloody Confusing and dreamlike, the world spins around I sit and watch you scrabble around like ants in a nest Petty human life...sad, seductive strikes World sickness dominates this dark world So nobody loves this world And nobody loves the afterworld How selective are the sad human race? We don't see this...our vision is blurred |
