Kabalistic Cross

1. Touch head (Kether, crown chakra). Visualize white light descending from infinitely high. Intone:

    Atah

2. Point to feet (Malkuth). Visualize white light extending infinitely below one. Intone:

    Malkuth

3. Point to the right (Geburah). Visualize white light extending infinitely to the right. Intone:

    Veh-G'burah.

4. Point to the left (Chesed). Visualize white light extending infinitely to the left. Intone:

   Veh-G-dulah.

5. Cross arms at chest. As you unfold your arms and bring them down to hang by your sides visualize white light extending as a sphere from the heart (heart charkra) to surrounding one and expanding into infinity. This is a good point to try and stop thought and meld with the universe. Intone:

    Leh-Oh-Lam. Amen.
