While some players prefer to rely on individual creatures or cards to pull out a win, I prefer the more subtle approach of finding combinations of cards that work well together for a killing blow. Some of these are WELL known, and I will try to give credit to the person I first saw use it wherever possible.

Goblin War Drums & Familiar Ground
    Makes your creatures unblockable. - Amanda

Ivory Tower, Library of Leng, & Howling Mine
     The first combo I ever thought of. I thought I was pretty slick until I was informed that it was old, banned, and had many flaws. Ahhh the days of being a newbie.

Lifeline & Crater Hellion
     Do four points of damage to all creatures each turn, just don't pay the echo on the Hellion. - Greg

Thopter Squadron, Sadistic Glee & Sengir Vampire
     Lots of big creature fairly quick. So much for Jeff not being malicious. - Jeff

Sengir Vampire & Arena
     The vampires do well in the Arena, and keep getting bigger. - Buddah

Palinchron & High Tide
     Infinite mana loop. - Sean

Gilded Drake, Sigil Of Sleep, any Tim
     This one is fun. Cast the Tim. Enchant it with the Sigil, then, next turn cast the Drake. Take all your opponent's creatures.

Flesh Reaver, Spirit Link
     Cheap 4/4 with no real drawbacks.

Lhurgoyf/Revenant, Whetstone
     Whetstone makes players discard cards from their library into their graveyard... hopefully losing many creatures to it gaining stronger and stronger Lhurgoyfs and Revenants.

Lifeline, Sneak Attack
     You know this can be fun. Put them out with Sneak Attack, bring them back with Lifeline.Make sure there is a creature left in play to keep the Lifeline working.

Earthquake, En-Cors, Mogg Maniac
     With enough Maniacs and a few Pariahs. This can wipe out an entire table in a multi- game. Add Repercussions and a CPro Red for even more carnage.

Gaseous Form, Lure, Thicket Basilisk
     I know this is an old one, but with some of the cards from the last few sets it can be even more fun.

Nettling Imp, Sengir Vampire, Crawlspace, Angelic Trumpet
     Force their small creatures to attack and feed them to the Sengir. Add a little blue and you can use things like Propaganda to keep anything large from attacking. Big Sengirs. Khabal Ghouls are fun in this too.

Mortuary, Verdant Succesion
     Mortuary puts your creatures from your graveyard to the top of your libray as they die. Verdant Succesion let you search your library for a copy of a creature card as it goes to your graveyard. OWW!      -Jesse
