Previously, I worked as a web designer/front-end developer within the Gartner media team for 2.5 years. Before Gartner, I helped create and run a design departrment at Barclays for one year. I began my web design career at Harrods, from January 2000 to March 2001,

Barclays
I helped to set up and run Barclays Interactive Design Centre in Farringdon. The department brought design in-house, increased consistency and cost effectiveness.
Gartner
At Gartner, I initiated web standards coding and improved Gartner's online look and feel. Also, I introduced usability and accessibility guidelines.
Harrods
I started my online design experience at Harrods. My tasks included Photoshop mock ups, html/css coding, image production and helping out the senior designers.
Adgistics
My design/development work balance is tipping heavily towards the creative, it makes a welcome change. I'm looking forward to learning more Actionscript from the resident gurus.
