Sunday 15th June 2008 - Scafell Pike
Only two of us, Ian Cochrane and Ian Funnell, went to the Lakes. It was Ian Cochrane's first summit of Scafell Pike. The weather was just perfect and we could see for miles. There were a lot of walkers on the summit, coming from all directions. We got back to car park 4.30pm after 10 miles walk in 6 hours. It was one of the best walks I had done for a long time.
