| After driving the six cylinder for a while I decided to go to a V-8. It was a 307 out of another 71 Nova that had a missfire. This is what it looked like when I got it. |
| After replacing the timing chain,a few bent pushrods, and three rocker arms (one had a pushrod crash thru and got stuck in it), it ran good. I also added a four barrel intake with a Carter four barrel carb and flowtech headers. |

| It was fun and somewhat frustrating tearing apart the front half of the car. I thought it looked cool. I replaced the front fenders, inner fenders, front bumper, grill, trunk lid, the doors, installed multi leafs, added air shocks, new pring perches, replaced the 81 Camaro buckets with 73 nova bucket seats, put a radio in when there was nothing but dangling wires, 15X7 rallies up front and 15X9.5 alluminum slots in back with 235/60's. |
