A little something in honor of Springtime!

THE DIP

They looked at each other with a gleam in their eyes.  Something about this time of year always made the urge so strong.  Buds bursting forth on the trees, the birds and the bees in their dance of courtship.  It had been a
while for both of them, and the tension was undeniable.

A smile of delicious anticipation passed between them.  Their gazes remained locked on each other as they peeled off their clothing.  Each button unfastened, each layer of clothing shed, and they were one tantalizing step closer to the fulfillment they could already imagine all too vividly.  As more and more winter pale skin was exposed, the urgency of Springtime's magical pull continued to grow.

Finally, they were ready.  It was time.  The potent and compelling desire of
Spring was about to have its fruition.  With a nervous giggle and a squeeze
of each others' hand, they jumped into the swimming pool.
