| The micro wave was not origenly made to cook food, it actualy was used to detect natzi bombers in WWII.During WWII two scientists invented the "magnetron" a tube that produces microwaves. Installing a "magnetron" in a british radar sysem, enabeld them to spot natzi war plaines on ther way to bomb the brittish isles. By accident, it was found the microwave could cook food. called the "radar range" the first microwavew to hit the market was about the size of a fridge (and hevy as one to) |
