GREETINGS FROM CANADA!
We did it!  2,663.4 miles in exactly 140 days.  It has truly been an amazing adventure.  I could never have imagined how challenging, how gorgeous, or how fulfulling this hike would be.  It seems like yesterday I was on top of Katahdin finishing the Appalachian Trail and now I've walked two long distnace trails.  The last dy was a perfect ending complete with mixed sushine and clouds and a bit of snow and sleet.  We toasted with wine, cheese, and chocolate at the border.  Now we are going to stay with friends we met on the trail for a couple of days  in seattle and then it's home to Michigan.  Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who prayed for us, thought about us, sent us letter or food, and for those who just checked the website and signed the guestbook.  Knowing that we had the support of so many out there definitely helped us out on those long cold, wet slogs near the end!  Love and Peace to  you all!!  ~Heather and Remy
