The Waterstone Beings
Little is known about the Waterstone Beings. When the Deltans started their Phaseshift program onto other "Planes", they never realized they'd be faced with an enemy.
The Waterstone has the ability to change from Water to Stone and back. The Federation Science Board is currently working on the process. The Beings came after some Waterstone were sentient. This is also under research. They entered the known galaxy through the same Phase shift technology used by the Deltans.
New findings indicate a possible "Aerowaterstone". Research is currently underway.
