There are People who are trapped in their own personal hell here on earth... stuck in a dream they can't escape.
There are those with unfinished business like The Crow (but not as corporeal) who won't or can't leave until they are done...
There are Primal elementals (more rare) and more in the natural places of the world (what's left)
There are the Faery folk who live with and around humans, but are so high in frequency that most can't see or hear them (except young children and animals. Every wondered what it was your cat was looking at?)
