(we actually walk to Georgetown) and walking distance to Arlington's hot spots: parks, restaurants and bars, grocery stores, Farmer's market, post office, movie theater, etc.
Commuting is made easy because you have reserved parking (not all of Colonial Village has this!) and are just a few blocks from the Courthouse and the Rosslyn Metro stops.
