The only pics I can receive from Hotmail users is BMP's in 256 color format. You will need to access your picture from a paint program - the one that comes with windows is fine and resave your picture in 256 color format. I CANNOT use any other pics sent from Hotmail accounts - they all come through as corrupt. If you cannot convert your pic to 256 color bmp you may send the pic from a different e-mail account.
