After finally arriving in a San Francisco again, Logan encounters Gomez Calhoun, her abusive ex-husband�s benevolent double. The meeting causes Logan to have conflicting feelings which stem from remembering what this man�s double did to her but also recognizing that this man is sweet and not the man her ex-husband was. Logan reluctantly agrees to go to lunch with Gomez (who�s never met Logan in this reality) when he asks her on a date. A relationship begins to blossom, but even as Logan begins to fall for this Gomez, she can�t help but remember how well her relationship with her Gomez started out before things went bad. Even so, she�s considering staying behind.
Meanwhile, the Professor and Rembrandt work with doubles of Doctors Kelly Wells and Kyle Wing at Prototronics Labs to improve the timer�s geographic spectrum stabilizer so they slide only to San Francisco from now on and not all over California (thus correcting part of the damage done to the timer at the end of �Turning Point�).
A few minutes before the sliding window arrives, Logan meets back up with the guys. She explains that while she was tempted to pursue a relationship with the benevolent Gomez, she realized in the end that there would be too many ghosts. However, seeing him again did help her resolve some unresolved emotional issues pertaining to her failed marriage. They slide.
