Duties include database administration of Oracle7.3.4, Oracle8.1.7, Oracle9i RAC, and Oracle9iAS databases, installation and configuration of database and spatial software, SQL and PL/SQL programming, troubleshooting, and training junior DBAs.

Oracle and M204 Applications Programmer and Database Administrator with responsibilities including file integrity, file synchronization, adhoc report coding and maintenance, file security, file maintenance, user account security, backup and recovery, loading software (Oracle7 Server, Oracle8 Server Enterprise Edition, Oracle8 Client, Designer 2000, Solaris 2.6), smooth day to day operation of the databases, JCL coding and maintenance, application subsystem control and maintenance, shell scripting, and any user problems that may arise on the databases. Work side-by-side with System Programmers and contractors to maintain smooth operation of systems. Between 12/97 and 05/98, supervised 20 other Computer Specialists.
  Also, experience as Supervisory Computer Operator for the Production Management Segment Operations Group. Served as temporary supervisor for the Production Management Segment operators on a 120 day detail. Responsible for the supervision of 11 operators working on PM/S, DS/S and SA/S. This included managing workloads, written and oral reports to the division chief, managing disputes between employees, schedule and coordinate meetings, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Performed generation of maps and charts through use of stereo imagery and existing maps and charts. Specific duties include interpolation, triangulation, scribing, peel coating, feature extraction, and feature labeling.
