The Julia Court Marriott is a 204 room blend of historic adaptation and modern architecture. It is situated within New Orleans historic 'Warehouse District'. Designed around three, dilapidated molasses warehouses dating from the 1850's, I fashioned a hotel with 2 exterior courtyards, one interior atrium housing the bar and dining area, and a glass skylit entry lobby.

The World Savings branch on Miami's famed South Beach was an extremely complex project in glass and steel, belying its apparent simple composition of sleek, geometric elements. It is located directly across the street from the much publicized and photographed Publix Supermarket by renowned Carlos Zapata.
