Kolette's Page
Hello, again, everyone!  This is the page I'm going to use to update you on our lives.  We've made the move to Lincoln, as most of you already know.  It's really nice to be close to all the stuff we actually use and need.  And we get to see Cedric more, since he doesn't have to leave an hour and a half before work, or drive almost that long after.

I'm not working currently, but that's about to change.  I am scheduled to start a new job on March 9.  I'll be working in the Alltel call center, basically an answering service for various businesses in/around Lincoln.  I'm only working part-time, three to four days a week, but I'll be working from midnight to eight.  My mom is worried about when I will sleep, but I keep telling her that it will work out.  I'd just like to point out that this is usually her advice to me, not the other way around!

As I said on the main page, the kids are growing like crazy.  Trevelian is beginning to get antsy about another new baby.  He keeps asking when it wil be here, and we keep telling him summertime.  I don't think he's decided if another one will be a good thing or a bad thing.  I guess it's good that he's still undecided on that.  At her 12 month check-up, Briallen weighed 18 pounds, measured 31.75 inches tall, and is healthy, smart, and doing great.  She's got 12 teeth, is walking, talking, and basically starting to get into trouble, though I do think some of it is her brother's influence!  Unlike Trevelian, who latched on to his blanket at this age, Briallen loves stuffed animals.  Her absolute favorites are the Care Bears.  She has pretty much laid claim to all four that we have in the house, which were Christmas gifts from Great Grandma Ilene & Great Granddad Earl, and from Uncle Tony.  She sleeps with one every night, and carries one around the house with her more often than not.  It's really cute to see!

The pregnancy is going well.  We're due in three months, on May 29, though we all know that's just an educated guess.  At my last doctor visit, I had gained a grand total of 5 pounds this far!  Baby is very active, kicking and rolling a lot, especially when I want to sleep.  But, that really doesn't come as any surprise.

Everything else is going well, too.  We're all managing to stay healthy, aside from the occasional cold.  We're also getting to know a few people in our new neighborhood, as well as seeing more of our friends that have lived in Lincoln for some time.  It's so nice to be close!
