| Luis Castro was born the 25th of July of 1985 to my parents Bertha And Armando Castro. From the day he was born my brother was electric. He was someone who did his thing the way he wanted, A wonderful person/friend to everyone that surrounded him. Whe he turned 18 last yr he decided to go live up with his bestfriend Kenny up in Orlando. He died 5 months later in a car accident. He is survived by his parents: Bertha E and Armando Castro siblings: Yaoska Waller and Armando V. Castro nephews: Christian A. Waller and Carlos L Waller Jr And a lot of friends who will miss him dearly WE LOVE YOU LUIS! |

| What appeared in the Sun Sentinnel following his death: The Area in Brief 3 teen killed in weekend car crashes From Sentinel staff reporter posted on March 16, 2004 POLK LAKE COUNTIES-- Two Clermont teenagers were killed and an Apopka teenager has died after separate vehicle crashes this weekend. On Saturday, Lewis Castro, 18, and Crystal Candelaria, 16, were killed in a two-vehicle crash on US-Highway 27 in Polk County, just south of the Lake County line, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. They were riding in a 1993 Lincoln going south on US 27 just after 4 p.m. when the driver, Kenny Hernandez, 18, made a left turn into Polo Park East Boulevard, according to the FHP. The car was hit by a northbound pickup truck driven by Todd Williams, 26, of Sebring, according to the FHP reports. Williams, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Castro and Candelaria were not wearing seat belts. Two other passengers in Hernandez's car were treated for minor injuries. An investigation was ongoing and no one has been charged as of Monday afternoon, according to the FHP officials. |
