If you sprain your feet or ankle, there are four steps must be done. "RICE", they are rest, ice (24 to 48 hours), compression and elevation. First, take a rest to make sure you won��t get hurt again. Secondly, use ice to reduce a swelling. Finally, compress and elevate your feet. You will recover faster. For many people, walking could be a kind of exercise. However, for the students and professors in Da-Yeh University, walking could be a tiring job and could hurt their feet.
