Dear Parents;

Just a little note to let you know what is going on in our classroom now and thru December:

There is NO class this week for the Tue./Thur. class. This is due to a holiday on Tue. and parent/teacher conferences on Thur.

We will be doing a review of things learned thus far this week and we will beginning to practice writing the children's names.

If you did sign up for a parent conference, please make sure you are on time. Since I have such a big class the conferences will be back to back. Each is to last 15 minutes and there will be a sign that tells us that our time is up.

You will get your child's progress report in his/her mailbox on Wed. be sure to look it over before our meeting. If you have any questions or concerns, please write them down so we can chat about them when we meet.

From now until the end of the year we will be very busy with Christmas. I hope to make it a special time for your child. We will be, of course, talking about Jesus' birth and Christian traditions. We will be making Christmas presents, cards, and ornaments. We will be having a Christmas Post Office and will be doing a unit on the Gingerbread Man. So, it will be so very busy. We will also be practicing and preforming a Christmas Nativity play.

It's gonna be such fun! If you have the time and would like to volunteer, just let me know.
