I went to PA Culinary to major in Pastry Arts. I had so many wonderful instructors. My favorite teacher was Mr. Eren. He was so much fun and he was always there for me. My favorite chef was Chef Watson. At the beginning of the school year we didn't get along but at the end of my year there, we were like best friends. I was in a really cool class of students. Norma was a great friend who I hung out with a lot. In my class I admired was JB (James Brown). He is in a wheelchair and wants to be a chef. I just love that fact that nothing will stop him from achieving his goal.

My last cycle was the only class that I got perfect attendance in. I was so proud of myself. I loved all of the stuff I learned and the friends I made. I will always remember the school.
