I included this page to show everyone some of the things that I have done.

The first picture is a design all of my own. It was my finally project in one of my classes at school. I really liked the way it came out. Even though I cried when my roof broke the first few times.

The rest of the pictures are of cakes that I have done for other people. I enjoy showing others what I can do. I even did a Chip and Dale cake for my dad. Not the dancers, the Disney characters!

I know some of you will ask why the wedding cake has such a big top on it. Well, that was my final project in my advanced class at school. The chef wanted to see the design, and we knew it would be big. We just wanted to see how it would come out. I took a picture form a Cinderella coloring book and did the wedding picture. I loved the way that it came out.

My pastries are something that I take pride in. I love to make them and I love to show them off to everyone. I hope that they made your mouth water!
