Chickens across the world all speak the same basic language. There are some differences from nationality to nationality, though. (Similar to Canadian English and American English.) Comminicating with a chicken shouldn't be too hard, as long as you are a true chicken lover. Many a beginner has said that they had some trouble at first. This is not uncommon. The key to mastering human to chicken communication is practice, practice, practice! Before you begin, it is good to know how communicating with chickens works. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to learn complicated squaks and clucks. A true chicken lover has a special part of his or her brain that is able to change the chicken's squaks and clucks into a language that makes sense to him/ her. This amazing part of the brain also transforms what you say into sounds that the chicken understands, while making the language sound like normal human talk to a human passerby. The key to a good conversation is a good beginning. Conversation starters that work well include: -"How was breakfast?" -"Pecked up anything good, lately?" -"Heard any interesting news?" -"Any new chicks, today?"
After you have started the chat, the rest of the conversation should go well. Be warned, though that chickens are very talkative creatures and are easily offended if you interrupt them. The first few times you talk to chickens, you will probably get headaches, as your brain struggles to keep up with the conversation. However, if you talk to the same group of chickens often enough, it may get to the point where they are starting the conversation, instead of you! |
