First things first, this strat is not easy to pull off, but is slightly easier in my opinion than the world record strat. The main problem is that Elvis dies more often than not, and when he doesn't die, you are either too slow or you die yourself. Anyway, on to the strat...
Part 1: Up to the Third Lift
Wait until Cass starts her bit, then cut the opening sequence (for PAL, NTSC would be better off experimenting with cheats first), and run round behind the first skedar. Knife him in one slash and take out the three shield computers to complete Objective 1. Go round to the lift and shut it while entering, making sure it is shut before the timer reaches 15 seconds, sometimes before it gets to 14.5 for maximum speed. When you reach the bottom, go round and up and straight accross the open area ignoring the two skedar here, heading yourself towards the second lift. Get into it, shutting it on you, to have it shut by about 26 or 27 seconds. When this lift reaches the top, exit it and turn to the left 180 degrees, and wait for the auto-aim to lock the skedar before shooting it with a charged up mauler. Go down and quickly activate the hangar door console to complete Objective 2, and rush round to the lift again, calling it back between 40 and 42 seconds for a good run. It should be empty, so go in, and take it to the bottom. Pause just before you reach the bottom and make sure your mauler is fully charged and you are ready to shoot. When the door opens, you should see Elvis and up to two skedar. If there are skedar, kill the nearer/easier one and then run up past Elvis, making sure you get him to speak so you get the AR34. Go to the far hangars, and take out six or more skedar from these by about 1:15 so that you can run back for the hopefully open
lift quickly. If enough skedar have been killed, the lift should shut between 1:27 and 1:30 on a good run, better is insane and almost world record pace.
